The main Ethiopia dish is called injera, this looks and tastes like a spongy pickled pancake, it was an acquired taste but one of the members of the group enjoyed it. While we were in Ethiopia we ate at many different restaurants including a chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian and Ethiopian. The food was very good in all the restaurants that we ate in.
